Sustainable Living '07 - ecological litteracy for all July 6, 2007

We are organising National Conference on Sustainable Living '2007
on Saturday, July 7, 2007 9.30 AM to Sunday, July 8, 2007 6.30 PM

The conference will host the following events

* Painting competition for children between 6 – 12 years on the theme of Global Warming
* A quiz competition for children between 12 – 17 years
* Essay competition on Sustainable Living concept for Students, IT Professionals, Women and Public
* A National Design competition for Architectural Students and Architects to design “Eco-Cottages” for the
Tourism Sector
*Six Panel Discussions on Sustainable Living concept, Global Warming and Climate Change
* Exhibitions on various aspects of Environment
* Craft Display of useful items made from waste – “Best of Waste

This conference is for creating awareness among children, women, students, the public, professionals, bureaucrats etc. about global warming and climate change and advocating Ecological Literacy for
All.
