Join Sustainable Fairfax and natural builder/teacher/filmmaker,​ Miguel Elliott of Living Earth Structures as we show his film Earth Building.

Miguel built the beautiful cob oven in the Sustainabilty Backyard. We invite to you to attend and enjoy organic wine and pizzas freshly cooked in this oven.

Miguel discovered natural building growing up in Petaluma and being inspired by General Vallejo's adobe structure there. Since then he has traveled the world learning and teaching about natural building. Some of his projects include building an organic nightclub out of cob in Chicago, a school in Argentina and locally, he is the sculptor of Lydia's Kitchen, and the dome behind the Crystal Chalice.
