Tour the Hog Island Oyster Farm located in Marshall, West Marin to learn
about innovative aquaculture and gain some understanding of operations and
environmental challenges in the sustainable seafood industry.
You’ll have an opportunity to purchase oysters (bring a cooler). Advanced reservations to reserve a picnic table are required www.hogislandoysters.com.

Dress in layers for variable weather. Meet at Sustainable Fairfax no later than 9
am for carpooling or be at the farm by 10 am.
