DON'T GO!!!!
It's a big rip-off! $15 for parking, $21 for each person to get in. Then they have one booth for fresh sushi with a big line, $5 for two pieces. One line for sake tasting, which is cheap flavored sake and you have to pay for that too!

Vendors were the same as the FREE Farmer's Market. Only decent thing were the music performers. Save your money and do something fun instead. This is a rip-off!!!!!!

Agree with blukat, the only notable thing was the music performance.

Went there on Saturday and were shocked that admission was $21, but we had already paid $15 for parking and figured we'd go for it. Big mistake - should have cut our losses with the $15.

Not many people attended but the lines for both sushi and sake booth was super long. There were lots of other booths that had "Japanese" trinkets for sale. Reason I put Japanese in quotes is because most of the stuff looked like same made-in-China stuff you see at the swampmeet. You'd think that a sushi and sake festival would focus on having more sushi and sake. What a HUGE disappointment.

Agree with blukat too, it was a big rip-off!!! there wass nothing worthwhile to see. Admission was $21 + parking was $15 (and they don't accept credit card too).

None of the sushi booths looked appealing (there were only 3 or 4 anyways), and the lines were so long. One of the sushi booths was from Henry's supermarket, it was such a big disappointment. There is only one sake booth too (I don't know how they can call it a sushi and sake festival). All the other booths are just like the ones in swap meet, selling clothes, jewelry...

Price included admission to Queen Mary, but Queen Mary has nothing to see either, we ended up eating our lunch at Queen Mary Deli ($6 for a hotdog and drink).

For those of you who plan to go next year or in the future, DON"T GO!!!
