This course will focus on the basic concepts of supply chain management, identifying and explaining the various transactions and processes along the supply chain. It will also identify the causes and consequences of the bullwhip effect in supply chain management, discussing the best practice in cracking the bullwhip effect. Further, we will discuss the various contemporary issues in supply chain management and also explain the major global logistics intermediaries.
