A supervisor is also a team leader and questions arises such as how productive and efficient is the team, what is a good model of team leadership, how does a supervisor communicate more effectively to the team members, and how does a supervisor deal with unwanted team member behaviors and attitudes. Leading the Team provides ways to have productive and efficient teams, even when there is no direct supervision of the team members.
