Sunrise-Sunset January 4, 2012

Gateway Gallery presents its January exhibit, “Sunrise-Sunset,” featuring the work of Meg Matson. The artist’s reception from 6 to 9 p.m. Jan. 20 also marks the grand opening of Gateway Gallery’s new location at 21 N. Bemiston. Guest artist Lisa Crisman will be showing pastel landscapes. Matson says her goal with this exhibit was to simply create something beautiful the viewer can enjoy. “Sometimes just allowing the viewer to enjoy the painting and create their own moment of Zen is important.”
