The historic Grand Central Oyster Bar will present “Summer Time Blues,” a celebration of seafood, wine, a fishing panel discussion and music on Weds., July 20, beginning at 6:30 pm in the Oyster Bar's “Saloon.” The 5-course seafood and wine pairing is priced at $65. Fishing and outdoors writers Alex Kenney of the Daily News and photojournalists and authors Milt and June Rosko of The Fisherman Magazine will participate in a lively panel discussion and Q&A on the N.Y. area summer fishing scene.

The Oyster Bar is located “below sea level” at New York City’s Grand Central Terminal.

The menu, accompanied by wine for each course, will include:  two raw Blue Point Oysters with sauces paired with Joel Gott Riesling; two Blue Point Oysters Rockefeller paired with Trinchero “Mary’s Vineyard” Sauvignon Blanc; two fried Blue Point Oysters and sauces paired with Napa Cellars Chardonnay; Barbequed Long Island Bluefish with Cole Slaw and French Fries paired with Sea Glass Pinot Noir and Blueberry-Triple 8 Vodka Sorbet in Almond Cookie paired with Terra D’Oro Moscato.
