Mars Bar’s SUNDAYS are back again!
SPECIAL OPENING SUMMER SUNDAYS is this SUNDAY APRIL 29th
Get ready to ease the weekend away….
This year Mars Bar & Restaurant is NOW OPEN every Sunday from 12noon to 8pm (excluding Memorial and Labor Day holiday weekend) for good eats and fun beats with a special SUMMER SUNDAYS event once a month from now until the end of September. Come each week as the kitchen is open until 6pm with bloody mary and mimosa specials until 4pm. WHO IS JERKHOUSE CONNECTION? - -
If you like other artist such as Ben Watt or Jose Padilla of Ibiza Café del Mar fame where the music hits deep down thru to your soul, you’ll love JerkHouse Connection.

Hailing from the town of Sanary-sur-Mer in the French Riviera, Stephane (DJ Bool) and Thierry (DJ Therry) have been creating jazzy soulful house mixes since the late 1990s, creating parties and producing music all throughout the south of France and beyond. They have played with the likes of Kerri Chandler, Dennis Ferrer & Frankie Feliciano, to name a few. In 2001, they joined the Taxifolia Music seal and their first album came out with Nocturne production. You can find JHC titles on various compilations with various performances as DJ coming one after the other. In 2003, DJ Bool and World Alchemist Records (W.A.R) together created Saarinen Records, the new seal on which JHC new records come out. They are still residents of the Bar in Thyme for 17 years. The place became a cult in the song of the same name by Kerri Chandler

Besides having released a dozen EPs, 6 albums, 2 best of, and about forty compilations worldwide, they are currently been listed in January 2012 amongst the Top10 tracks by several DJs in Resident Advisor for their recent track: JERK HOUSE CONNECTION feat NILES THOMAS. With local French hero FRANKY BOISSY of the club Pink and current owner of Sofa Lounge, we can’t think of any other way to close out the weekend with style.
