Summer Obon Festival June 21, 2008

Valley Japanese Community Center to host Summer Obon Festival on June 21-22, 4:00PM-10:00PM.
Various Japanese and other delicious food such as Beef bowls, chicken teriyaki, sushi, chinese chicken salad, hot/cold udon noodles, curry rice, hot dogs, shaved ice.
Demonstrations of Taiko, Judo, Kendo and Karate will be held. Festival type games, exhibits of Calligraphy, Tea Ceremony and Sumi-e will be featured on both days. After the demonstrations, please join in Obon Dance or Japanese Folk Dancing.
Admission is free and the public is welcome. Free Parking available.
