This fun, 10-week training program is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels to gain the skills to achieve their triathlon goals, whether they are to cross the finish line for the first time or achieve a new personal best. Multiple levels of training will be available to support novice through advanced-intermediate triathletes.
Have fun, get fit, meet new training partners, and improve your skills with the help of a supportive, nationally certified coach.

Danskin SheROX TriathlonSeattle, August 16th
or Beaver Lake TriathlonSammamish Plateau, August 15th
or Portland TriathlonPortland, OR August 23rd

TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDES:
10-week customizable training plan for beginner though advanced intermediate skill levels
16 coached team workouts including:

Pool and open water swim instruction and practice

Run and bike instruction and practice

Mini-triathlon and Brick workouts

Information or clinics on race nutrition, injury prevention, tire changing, strength and core training, transitions, and more.
Store discounts on shoes, triathlon supplies, and wetsuits (optional item)

DATES:
June 3rd through August 15th, 2009

Every Wednesday evening 7:00-8:30 p.m.

Saturdays June 13th, July 11th, August 1st at 8:00 ~ 10:00 a.m.

Saturday August 15th at a time TBD

One other weeknight in June to be determined based on pool availability

This years team will honor Leah McCollough, an inspiring participant in 2007 and 2008 who passed away suddenly this year.Ten percent of net proceeds will be donated to the Leah C. McCollough Legacy Fund at the Womens Funding Alliance in her memory.

Cancellation policy: Prior to May 1st a full refund minus $10 for transaction fees incurred will be given.Between May 1st and June 3rd, there is a cancellation fee of $40, Between June 3rd and June 23rd, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration cost. After June 23rd there are no refunds are given. Please contact Cathy if there are exceptional circumstances.
