Summer Camp: Design Your Own Cabin July 16, 2009

Learn about the basic process that architects use to design a building. The instructor will use her five years of experience as an architectural illustrator to show participants how to design their own getaway cabin. The class will follow the process by beginning with a scaled floor plan and learning to project a design up to account for the elevations of the room or building. Students will learn to draw a perspective of the project, create a final color illustration and build a cardboard model to complete the presentation.
