Summer Bus Trip to Mission on Saturday, August 8, 2009 departs early approx. 8:45 am from 411 Dunsmuir, Vancouver to Mission for "lunch and learn" with talk on "Mind Body and Spirit" with relaxation to overcome stress and challenges by Teresa Wu and tour by Joey Stanway, Marketing Director at Kingsway Arms at Cedarbrook Chateau in Mission, a new concept seniors residence; it's like a cruise ship! We'll have time to see sights along the way: Honeybee Centre in morning; Blackberry Kitchen Heritage Park for tea, along with a farmers market in afternoon and return in time for supper. Our bus trips are always a highlight of the year for an enjoyable social day. Cost: $30 members, $34 non-members due before deadline June 30th. NOTE: We currently have reserved a bus for 30 people; as there are a few people on the wait list, if more numbers warrant we can get a bus for 45 people.
