Sugar Plum Arts & Crafts Festival October 10, 2008

Fred and Camilla Richter, who started Sugarplum from their Long Beach home in the '70s, have been organizing Sugarplum Arts & Crafts Festivals ever since. These events have grown to become some of the largest arts and crafts festivals in Southern California.
