Stride with Pride! July 17, 2010

Join Marilyn Witko Rosinski, a.k.a., Coach “R” for an inspiring workshop on the benefits of getting out and running, goal setting, resetting goals, success and the most important element having FUN while running. Feel free to wear comfortable clothing for an interactive alphabet stretching demonstration and get those kids running all over the neighborhood! Attendees at the Winter Garden programs will have the opportunity to join Marilyn on the West Orange Trail following the program for a light run.
