Are you overwhelmed by the demands of your job and family? Do you sometimes feel as though the stress in your life is spiraling out of control? Stress is named as the main cause of many health issues as well as limiting our ability to be effective in our work.

Karen Mathews will help you to identify your stress triggers and teach you simple techniques to respond in a more resourceful manner. These resources will give you an effective means to manage your stress proactively, especially in challenging circumstances.

The workshop is 90 minutes in length, is interactive and geared for the adult learner. In addition to the presentation, proprietary techniques are taught and practiced during the workshop so that participants can begin using them immediately.

Karen Mathews is founder and president of Karen Mathews & Associates, a leadership consulting firm specializing in behavior and performance enhancement to improve organizations’ bottom line. She is also an Instructor in the Management Training Program offered by UC Santa Cruz Extension.
