Stress is a part of everyday life. There are many instances when stress can be helpful. But many times, stress has the opposite effect. It can harm our emotional and physical health, and limit our ability to function at home, at work, and within our relationships.

To provide greater understanding of the neuroscience of stress mechanisms, and provide practical strategies for managing stress, the University of Michigan Depression Center will present this Bright Nights Community Forum.
