Street foods of India at Fire. Fire, The Pan Indian restaurant at The Park New Delhi brings together the popular street food delicacies from across India. From Puchka to Golgappa and from Samosas to Sundal, you name it and the festival has it. Most chaats originated in Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat, but they are now eaten across South Asia. Some are results of cultural syncretism - for instance, pav bhaji reflects a Portuguese influence, in the form of a bun, and bhel puri was created by a Gujarati migrant to Mumbai. Good food might lead to a man's heart but it is only a perfect combination of the sweet and the sour that will take you beyond. Thus our effort to bring out these mouth-watering delicacies to give you a zing. Key highlights of the Street Food Festival - The Park will have a wide variety of street food from across the country available for its patrons. The delicacies will be produced by The Park specialists, who will travel to Delhi from Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai and work with our team here to recreate the street specials. The specialties will include - Dahi Gujia, Kanji Wada, Matra Kulcha, Palak patta chaat, Rajkachori, Puchka, Kolkata momos, Kathi rolls, Mutton chop, Mughlai porota, Ghugni, Jhal muoori, Ragda pattice, Missal Pav, Sev Puri, Dabeli, Keema Pao, Sundal and Pao Bhaji to name a few.
