It’s a fiesta at Kepler’s!
Local author Caren McCormack joins us to read from her debut picture book, The Fiesta Dress. Growing up in Texas, Caren watched many friends celebrate their quinceaneras (15th birthday parties). This childhood experience inspired the story of young Lolo. Nobody notices Lolo on the day of her big sister’s quinceanera. When Lolo’s dog Gobi escapes, she must use her fast feet and wits to outsmart Gobi and save her sister’s special day.
