Story Time with Betsy Franco and Michael Wertz June 28, 2009

Local author Betsy Franco has written over 80 books for children! Boy do we love her two newest works of art, A Curious Collection of Cats and Pond Circle. The vibrantly illustrated concrete poems in A Curious Collection of Cats were actually inspired by Betsy’s cats Frida and Jada.

Betsy will be joined at Kepler’s Story Time by Michael Wertz, illustrator of A Curious Collection of Cats. Michael is also a talented musician who has adapted some of Betsy’s poems into songs. If you ask nicely, maybe he’ll play for us!
