The Sketches are based in Washington DC, and are independently writing their own success story in the surrounding markets. Touring relentlessly on the east coast, the band has rapidly gained a tremendously loyal grassroots following. Explosive shows in venues from Boston to Richmond consistently convert new fans, and prolific, inventive recording work is garnering significant praise within the music industry.

The Sketches have shared the stage with the likes of Feist, Gomez, Army of Me (Atlantic Records), and David Gray, and collectively the four members of this young band have experiences ranging from years of conservatory study to international tours to coveted opening spots with national acts.
