Rochelle Spiker will present this one time only group to facilitate the immediate cessation of smoking through hypnosis. After an encouraging, affirmative pre-talk, group members will participate in the formulation of smoking cessation affirmations. During the second hour the group will be induced into a relaxing hypnotic trance, and each member will be guided to discover their own personal safe place.
