On Tuesday, January 31st, regional employers with immediate openings will gather to meet jobseekers at the University Plaza Waterfront Hotel, 110 West Fremont Street, from noon to 4pm. Admission is free.
Jobseekers will have the opportunity to meet with recruiters from a variety of public and private-sector organizations looking to staff up for the new year. Attendees can also get free one-on-one recommendations on improving their resume from employment experts on site. Those hoping to land a new job should look sharp, arrive early, and be prepared for a productive afternoon, because all the employers will be eager to hire.
