STG presents… SHOWTUNES THEATRE: THE MUSIC OF GEORGE M. COHAN
June 4 -5, 2011
Saturday – 8:00pm & Sunday – 2:00pm

George M. Cohan was America's first show business superstar, known coast to coast as a successful actor, singer, dancer, playwright, composer, librettist, director and producer. Known as "The Man Who Owned Broadway," the score of this bio-musical includes “Gives My Regards to Broadway,” “Yankee Doodle Dandy,” “You’re a Grand Old Flag,” “Mary,” and “Over There.”

In 2010 SHOWTUNES celebrated 10 years of producing lost American musical treasures in a concert format, ending their Tenth Anniversary Season in June with a critically acclaimed production of FOLLIES. The company continues to be dedicated to the appreciation, preservation and advancement of musical theater.
