Stern Grove Festival Presents Javier Limon & Buika with Luisa Maita August 14, 2011

From the home of Flamenco, Javier Limon's modern take on the traditional art form transcends genres. With his latest projects, Mujeres de Agua, feminine voices from all over the world, including Buika, La Shica, and Sandra Carrasco, have collaborated to create harmonies inspired by the Mediterranean. Opening the afternoon will be Brazilian pop starlet Luisa Maita.
