Step Up To The Plate Night with the San Francisco Giants

The San Francisco Giants, GLIDE, At The Crossroads, Larkin St. Youth Services, Huckleberry Youth Programs, Walden House and Project Homeless Connect unite to present the eighth annual “Step up to the Plate” night when the 2010 World Series Champion San Francisco Giants face the Atlanta Braves. The special offer includes a ticket to the game and a limited edition bobblehead featuring Giants relief pitcher Jeremy Affeldt, who was honored recently by the GLIDE Legacy Committee for his work with various community organizations, has been a longtime advocate for human rights and ending poverty. Partial proceeds from the evening will go to GLIDE and other community partners whose mission it is to better the lives of individuals in need.
