Stelarc and Nina Sellars: in Translation Lecture Series August 23, 2008

This Bellevue Arts Museum lecture series, in partnership with the Pilchuck Glass School, explores how the work of three artists translates from one medium to another. The artists are all serving as artists in residence at Pilchuck Glass School's summer 2008 session. Each lecturer is traditionally known for his/her work in a medium other than glass. Through their respective presentations, audiences will see their ideas and techniques translating across material boundaries into the molten world of glass.
