6:30 PM – David Shenton, senior member, will share the steps his organization took to cut costs using tips that he first learned about at the Lavacon conference.
7:00 PM – Dinner will be provided.
7:30 PM – Wilson Teixeira and Julio Montero of Able Translations will present The Seven Features of Cost-Effective Technical Communications Intended for Translation. From project management to content management, to risk management, this presentation will provide practical insight into the fundamental aspects of efficient, cost-effective translation.
