'Stationary Voyages' explores boats as objects of art, interpreted through contemporary photographs. Twenty photographers have artistically interpreted a variety of boats from The Mariners' Museum's collection. Each drew inspiration from the visual character of the boats and let their imaginations run wild. Their work represents a dazzling new perspective on the collection, while paying homage to the original builders of these boats, who were artists in their own right.
