The Staten Island Philharmonic presents a concert version of Leonard Bernstein's marvelous 1944 musical about three sailors with 24 hours leave in New York City, the girls they meet, and the adventures that follow. A snapshot of New York City history during World War II, with great songs, including 'New York, New York...,' 'I Can Cook, Too,' 'Lonely Town,' and 'Some Other Time.' Accompanied by the wonderful musicians of the Staten Island Philharmonic.
