State Playoff Game #2 - Waccamaw High School (WHS) Varsity Softball vs. Crescent H.S. May 20, 2009

The Class AA State Championship series is a that of a best 2 out of 3. Waccamaw High School first had to go to Crescent High School for the first game on May 18, 2009. A LONG RIDE for the Lady Warriors to play on a HARD concrete like infield. The Crescent girls were armed with METAL CLEATS AND KNEEPADS. The Warriors lost 2-0. On Wednesday, May 20th, the teams will play again AT WACCAMAW HIGH SCHOOL for game 2 of the State Playoffs. Waccamaw HAS TO WIN to advance to a championship game which will be held on a neutral field in SC.
