Hiring and retaining talent is one of the biggest pain point of a startup in India.

While the founders may be whizkids who'd design and develop amazing products themselves, they often struggle to inspire the same zeal in their team. They recruit fresh graduates who join with enthusiasm, get trained, and move over to a larger company within an year or two. As a result they are left in an always-on-hire mode.

This Startup Saturday aims to demystify what it takes to hire better, smarter and retain longer for startups, in particular internet and mobile companies. There are no easy answers, we are told, but this could get you left with some ideas on how to retain that rockstar youngster in your team.
