The Anderson/Madison Co. Chamber of Commerce and the Anderson Public Library are teaming up to present a free “Keys to Starting Your Own Business” workshop for entrepreneurs thinking of starting a business.
So you have always wanted to be your own boss. You want to shape your own ideas into a competitive, successful business. But, where do you start? Let Anderson SCORE help show you the way and give you an opportunity to get answers to business startup questions. The local SCORE organization will conduct a "Keys to Starting Your Own Business" workshop on Thursday,
April 23, 6:30-8:00 p.m. in the Delaware Room of the Anderson Public Library, 111 East 12th

It takes a combination of many issues, some you may not have thought about, to develop a start-up strategy. The workshop facilitated by Lyle Crouse, SCORE volunteer, will cover a range of topics including, a reality check, self assessment, skills and experience, financial assessment and customer focused planning steps. A group of experienced SCORE professionals will be available to answer questions for any prospective business owner.
