Stars, Stripes, & Salsa October 15, 2012

This first-of-its-kind benefit concert, presented by Stars, Stripes, & Hearts, will feature a moving tribute to the strength, honor, and commitment of our men and women in uniform and the vast contributions of Latino/Hispanic Americans serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. Rodolfo Hernandez, an 81-year-old Korean War veteran and recipient of the Medal of Honor, will be recognized for his extraordinary courage and devotion to duty. Slated to perform are Gilberto Santa Rosa and Tito Puente, Jr. All proceeds from the concert will be donated to charitable organizations that provide services to Latino/Hispanic military families impacted by the invisible wounds of war.
