He posts a casual comment on a Networking website that he is searching for a Roommate. In walks self-assured Anjali at 7 a.m. on a Sunday morning demanding that not only should she be allowed to stay with him as his roommate but now that she's here, she'd like him to start helping her with her career as well. Anjali is determined to be a Bollywood Superstar! Rakesh's mundane black and white life is turned on it's head as Anjali soon takes over the house, the decorations, the colour schemes and his life. Rakesh abhors his life and his father. Anjali loves everything and sees imaginary people! Rakesh has stopped believing in Bollywood. Anjali believe everything she reads! A poignant, tender yet tremendously funny love story.
