An evening of stargazing with the telescopes of the Nottingham Astronomical Society. Astronomers will guide you around the sky and show you the planets,constellations, and many interesting objects.
An evening of discovery for all ages.
The giant planet Jupiter with its retinue of moons will be visible all evening. Mighty Orion will be high in the south and we will view the Great Orion Nebula - a huge stellar birthplace.
Bring your binoculars and let us show you the most beautiful binocular sights of the winter sky.
The Nottingham Wildlife Trust will conduct a woods walk, with an astronomer to guide you around the sky.
