Starbucks presents... Hot Java Cool Jazz Concert Benefit March 27, 2009

Starbucks Annual HOT JAVA COOL JAZZ program, entering its 13th year, is an annual benefit concert that has generated over $150K for local high school jazz programs. This is your chance to support local student musicians, celebrate their hard work, and also witness the talent that has continuously earned them accolades from Essentially Ellington – one of most prestigious jazz competitions in America. Since 1999, Washington State school bands have accounted for 31 of the coveted 135 finalist slots – they’ve also placed in the top three every year for the past eight consecutive years. It has become a local institution!
