Stand Up Speak Out Against Poverty

and for the Millennium Development Goals

Join with Millions Worldwide Setting a Guinness World Record!

On Wednesday October 17, 2007 millions of people around the world will stand up and speak out against poverty and for the Millennium Development Goals, the global plan to halve extreme poverty by 2015.

In October 2006, more than 23 million people in 87 countries stood up and took action to bring attention to the Millennium Development Goals. This was the largest coordinated mobilization of humanity in the history of Guinness World Records.

Join us in 2007 to be part of a new and even larger world record. Community organizations, schools, sports teams, religious groups, companies, clubs, associations and all people everywhere are invited to participate.

Co-sponsors: Millennium Campaign, ONE Campaign, RESULTS, BADIO and many others
