Stage 3 of the Tour of California will end in downtown San José City
Hall .
Witness the finish and visit the HealthNet Lifestyle Festival at San
José City Hall, just one block north of San José State's campus. The
first cyclist will cross the finish line at approximately 2 p.m. The
festival will be open from noon to 4 p.m.
Expect road closures through East San José and downtown as police make
way for the cyclists. In particular, East Santa Clara between Second
and Seventh streets will be closed much of the day.
