Women in the Boardroom, formerly known as Women on Boards, is an executive leadership event designed to assist in the preparation of board service – better qualifying you and connecting you with the right people and resources. Having originated in Minneapolis in 2002, Women in the Boardroom is now held annually in Atlanta, Denver, Twin Cities, Milwaukee, Des Moines, San Francisco, Chicago, St. Louis, Dallas, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Boston, Hartford, Washington D.C. and New York. Look for new cities to be added each year!



Research has linked women board directors with strong performance at Fortune 500 companies, yet women currently hold only 15.2% those seats. We’re out to change that.
