Having walked on stage over 2,000 times in the last 20 years, the St. Lawrence Quartet has established itself among the world-class chamber ensembles of its generation. Alex Ross of The New Yorker hails the group as “remarkable not simply for the quality of their music making, exalted as it is, but for the joy they take in the act of connection." Former Guarneri Quartet violist Michael Tree joins the St. Lawrence in their return to the Perelman Theater for a program of works by Beethoven, Mozart and Golijov.
