'St. Louis Point of View' features the work of amateur photographers as part of the University of Missouri at St. Louis's Public Policy Research Center Photography Project. The Project is an artistic collaboration between university staff and members of various volunteer community groups throughout the St. Louis area. Project staff provides instruction and guidance to volunteers as they document, through photography, the work they do in historic preservation, community revitalization, personal enrichment programs, and social services.
