St Dunstans Cadet Challenge June 20, 2010

177 (Blackpool Airport) Sqn Air Training Corps will be kicking off Armed Forces Week in Blackpool by doing the St Dunstans Cadet Challenge to raise money for St Dunstans Homes throughout the country (http://www.st-dunstans.org.uk)

The Cadets and staff will be marching from the Sqn at the Aiport to Blackpool Tower then riding up & down the tower 70 times and then marching back to the Sqn, the equivalent of a half marathon.
The idea is to complete a half marathon in the most original way. Having won the challenge for the past 2 years we are hoping this one is original enough to win again and hope we raise plenty of money through sponsorship to pass on to St Dunstans.

If your in Blackpool on the day please come along and support us. We will also be taking part in a number of other events throughout the week to support Armed Forces Week.
