St Ann's, Nottingham - Armed Forces Day June 20, 2009

Details:
To be held on Coppice Park, Ransom Road, St Ann's Nottingham. The admission is free. We are working with the armed forces so they will all be represented bringing different activites. We have two choirs, five a side football plus a 4 mixed teams of local children (jr school age) with the armed forces and local police. We have fun olympics, small animals from a local farm, face painting, circus tricks, music. climbing wall, quiz, treasure hunt, fair, food. The event in the fun olympics is for the toddlers so they are not left out.
We will have a wall of honour and are trying to get more photos for the display. Old photo's of what it was like in the World War 2 will be welcome to display. There are plenty of Union Flags for the children to go home with.
