Spring's New Exercise Hike at Burncoat Pond April 10, 2011

Join us as we actively explore one of Burncoat Pond's newest loop trails. This varied trail will lead us through meadow and wetland habitats, and finally into a beautiful beechwood forest. Our destination is one of the most spectacular places on the sanctuary, overlooking the pond itself. As an intermediate fitness and nature walk, we will stretch before and after and use our imaginations to take advantage of the natural terrain for exercises. Registration is required.
