Jia Wei (家味) Chinese Restaurant has different Reunion Set Menus suitable for any family size – from three to 10. Gather your loved ones and eat to your heart’s content from a selection of eight customized Reunion Set Menus – ‘Harmony’, ‘Spring Delight’, ‘Abundant’, ‘Fortune’, ‘Wealthy Bloom’, ‘Bountiful Harvest’, ‘Golden Harvest’ and ‘Golden Dragon’. Celebrate the age-old tradition of a reunion dinner by tossing for an abundance of wealth and longevity with Jia Wei’s ‘Delightful Salmon Yu Sheng’ creations. The restaurant uses freshly imported salmon and the ‘Yu Sheng’ is prepared upon orders placed by diners. A symbol of prosperity, this dish is a “must-have” for every Chinese family to bring good luck in the new year! Doubling up the ‘good luck’, diners can also feast on exquisite Chinese dishes such as Braised Shark’s Fin Soup with Crab meat and Conpoy, Braised Sliced Abalone, Dried Oyster, Sea Moss and Sea Cucumber with Conpoy, Steamed Fillet of Sea Perch with Minced Garlic and Plum Sauce, Sautéed Scallops with Asparagus in X.O sauce and Double Boiled Hashima with Snow Fungus, Pear and Peeled Orange to usher in the Spring Festival.
