The Children’s Museum in Easton inspires kids and their adults to get physically fit! This week will showcase a variety of activities to help you live an active and healthy lifestyle. Throughout the week, you’ll be able to try out a variety of sports, games, dances and just plain fun activities. Learn how easy it can be to PLAY your way to better health!

Thursday, April 19 at 10am & 11am enjoy Creative Movement class will focus on relating dance concepts to nature and protecting the earth for earth day. Students will explore nature and animals through dance and creative movement.

From Noon-1pm Pawtucket Red Sox mascot Paws will be on hand for photos, autographs and fun.

Don’t miss a Fencing Demo from RIFAC at 1pm. The Rhode Island Fencing Academy and Club, known as RIFAC, has been training recreational and competitive fencers for almost 20 years and has recently moved to a new state-of-the-art facility in East Providence, RI. People travel from all over New England to train at RIFAC as it is considered one of the top fencing clubs in the US. They offer classes for absolute beginners for adults and kids as young as 8, as well as full and half-day summer camps. Their professional coaching staff is dedicated to helping all students discover the very best in them through the very old, but modern Olympic sport of fencing.
