Chinese Performing Artists of America (CPAA), CNetwork, and World Channel will present the full-scale extravaganza, Spring Festival Silicon Valley (SFSV) on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at the Center for the Performing Arts in San Jose. SFSV will be the first full-scale gala in 2009 to celebrate the Chinese New Year, the most important and joyful festival of the Chinese heritage.
