Community Hospital Anderson will offer a spring cooking class on Thursday, April 15 at noon in Conference Room 1. Spring is a reminder of life and all the wonderful flavors to come this growing season. This class will focus on easy recipes that incorporate the flavors of spring greens, asparagus and mushrooms.
