Spring Break on the Back 40 March 12, 2009

Families can learn how the earliest settlers in Texas spent their "spring breaks." Activities and games will include writing on slate boards in the schoolhouse, hopscotch, jumping rope, hoop rolling, doll making, and cow roping. Kids can even enlist in an honorary Buffalo Soldier regiment.
